Avtar Singh Paash was murdered in 23 March 1988 at Talwandi Salem, near Jalandher in the state of Punjab, India. His death was a sacrifice against terririsum and innocent killing in Punjab. But his death was later said to be not a sacrifice and he was killed by the parents of his keep. In Canadian print media, few journalists make fun of his sacred cause and his sacrifice for the community. However, Gurpreet Singh a renowned radio host (Radio India ) in Surrey BC, Canada revealed and expressed the facts about his dealth.
