Candle light vigil in the memory of jallianwala bagh massacre. On 13th April, 1919 the supporters of passive resistance movement were brutally murdered by the British troops at the Jallianwala Bagh in Amritsar. The massacre on the Vaisakhi day became a turning point in the freedom struggle. A candle light vigil will be held in the memory of the victims on April 15 at 7 p.m. at the Holland Park, Surrey BC Canada. The event is being jointly organized by the Fraser Valley Peace Council (FVPC) and Indo Canadian Workers' Association (ICWA) in partnership with Radio India. Gurpreet Singh is a host of radio India.
