Radical Desi is going to host a public meeting in commemoration of the victims of Samjhauta blast and the first death anniversary of Comrade Gobind Pansare at the Surrey Strawberry Hill Library on Sunday, February 21 from 1-4 pm. The Samjhauta Rail explosion had left 68 people dead on February 18, 2007 in Panipat, India. Most victims were Pakistanis. The act of terror was committed by Hindutva extremists. The event is being held to discuss Samjhauta case in particular and the growing threat of Hindutva terror in general. Comrade Pansare, who was assassinated by the Hindutva extremists last year will also be remembered on the occasion. He passed away on February 20, 2015 after being shot by the religious extremists who were upset with his opposition against Hindutva politics.
